Welcome to SEOAudits.org (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using our website and services (the “Services”), you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1) Who we are

2) Services provided

We provide online tools for:

• Website SEO audits and reports,
• Bulk and automated SEO checks,
• White-label reporting, API access and integrations (depending on plan),
• Affiliate programme participation.

We may update or modify Services at any time, with reasonable notice where features materially change.

3) Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share accounts or impersonate others.

4) Plans, billing & payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, via our payment provider.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. statutory UK consumer rights).
• Trials may be offered once per customer. Abuse of free trials may result in account suspension.
• Prices may change; we will give 30 days’ notice before changes to recurring subscriptions.

5) Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the platform.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or personal/sensitive content in audits.
• Resell access to others unless under a permitted agency/affiliate arrangement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6) Intellectual property

• All code, design, and content of SEOAudits.org remain our intellectual property.
• Reports and data generated from your audits may be used, shared, or exported by you within your plan rights.
• You may not remove branding unless your plan specifically allows “removable branding/white labeling.”

7) Affiliate programme

• Standard commission is 30% recurring (unless otherwise stated).
• Payouts via PayPal; minimum withdrawal is £40 / $50.
• Fraudulent or self-referral activity is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to audit and terminate affiliate accounts for abuse.

8) Data protection & privacy

• We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this processing.

9) Service availability & disclaimers

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• SEO results depend on many external factors (e.g., search engines); we cannot guarantee ranking improvements.
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.

10) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data or business opportunities).
• Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid to us for Services in that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

11) Termination

• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will notify users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
